Article 2 - General
These general conditions of sale of the company SYLO SPORTS define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the sale of products by Sylo Sports to Customers of the Website www.sylosports.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website" ).
The Customer declares to have read it and to accept the rights and obligations relating thereto. All orders are governed by these conditions.
Article 3 - Terminology
All the services (sale of physical and virtual products, etc.) offered by Sylo Sports on its Website are hereinafter referred to as “the sylosports.com services” or “the services”.
The services are offered in mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg in French. Each purchase of a product made by a Customer on the Website under the conditions provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be referred to hereinafter as "the order".
Article 4 - Ordering methods and prices

After confirming the content of his order, the Customer will validate it definitively by payment. The order will only be final after payment of the corresponding price.
Sylo Sports will systematically confirm the order of each customer, then its shipment by email.
4.4. The price including all taxes of each product is indicated in the corresponding product sheet. The shipping costs of the Customer's order will be indicated to him before the final validation thereof.
4.5. Failure by the Customer to comply with the obligations under the terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and in particular concerning any incident of payment of the price of an order, may result in the suspension of access to the Sylo Sports service, without prejudice for any damages and interest that Sylo Sports could claim. Consequently, Sylo Sports reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is such a dispute.
Article 5 - Conformity of products or services
5.1. In the event of non-conformity of the product or service delivered to the Customer, the Customer may return it to Sylo Sports Sprl. The Customer may ask Sylo Sports Sprl:
- Either to be delivered of a product or service identical to that ordered, within the limits of available stocks;
- Or to be delivered of a product or service of equivalent quality and price, within the limit of available stocks;
- Or to be reimbursed for the price of the product or service ordered within 30 days of the Customer's request.
5.2. In any case, these provisions do not deprive the Customer of the benefit of his right of withdrawal, as framed by article 7 of these General Conditions of Sale.
Article 6 - Availability of products and services
In the event of total or partial unavailability of a product or service after placing the order, the Customer will be informed by email of the delivery of a partial order or of the cancellation of his order.
Pursuant to the provisions of article L 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, in the event of unavailability of the product or service, the Customer then has the option of:

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

The return of all the products will give rise to a refund equal to the total amount paid by the Customer, ie the purchase price of the product (s) purchased.
Article 8 - Terms of product return by the Customer / Return of products
8.1. Return of the product in the event of non-compliance or exercise of the right of withdrawal
To be able to fully benefit from the conditions of article 6 "Compliance" and those of article 7 "Right of Withdrawal", the Customer must return the product to Sylo Sports.
In order to simplify and facilitate the processing of returns of products that can be returned as well as their possible reimbursement, Customers are strongly advised to follow the procedure described below:

The product must be:
- properly protected, in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (undamaged, damaged or soiled) accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation,

Article 9 - Payment
Payment for purchases is made by means of a payment card or through a PayPal account.
The payment cards accepted to date are: CB, Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
Depending on the date of the order, a debit request from the Customer's bank account will be sent within 24 hours to his bank. In case of payment by PayPal, the amount of the purchases will be immediately debited from the PayPal account. The order will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment centers.
In accordance with the regulations in force and to ensure the security and confidentiality of their information, Sylo Sports does not memorize the banking details of its Customers.
It is therefore up to the Customer to save and print his payment certificate if he wishes to keep the bank details relating to his transaction.
Article 10 - Security

Article 11 - Delivery
11.1. Place of delivery
The products or services will be sent to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated during the ordering process.

11.2. Delivery time

11.3. Late delivery

11.4. Delivery completed
Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product or service is made available to the Customer, in particular by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the carrier, such as the delivery tracking system offered on the carrier's website.
Without prejudice to the period available to the Customer under his right of withdrawal defined in Article 7 above, it is the Customer's responsibility to check the shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and complaints that appear justified, or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears clear signs of deterioration. Article 12 - Guarantees
12.1. Legal guarantee (1641 and following of the civil code)

12.2. Contractual guarantee

12.3. Exclusion of Guarantees
