How to use them
The mini-bands stretch up to 3 times their size and offer different strengths depending on their colors. Light (light) for the yellow version, and Medium (moderate) for the green version.
We recommend that beginners strictly use the yellow bands for both arms and legs.
For legs, place a mini-band above the knees and a mini-band at the ankles. Place his arms crossed in front of his chest and take several side steps, back and forth, in a slow and controlled manner, without releasing the pressure on the mini-bands. You will quickly feel your core and your hips activate.
For the arms, place a light mini-band at the wrists. Bend your arms 90 ° and place your thumbs outward to protect your shoulders. Raise the arms, keeping a slight tension at the level of the mini-band. Stop when the elbows are perpendicular to the shoulders and come back down. Do 10 repetitions. You should feel the action of your shoulder blades.
For athletes, we recommend that you place a green mini-band above the knees, and a yellow (or green depending on your level) mini-band at the ankles.
For the arms, always use the yellow mini-bands (you want to activate and not strengthen).
