The benefits of the “Body Stick” massage stick
Massage with the Stick frees the fascia (the envelope of the muscle), and therefore increases mobility. It is this function that we look for when warming up, or when we have spent too much time sitting. After a training session it helps to drain toxins (especially lactic acid). Ideal for recovering, not having aches and keeping muscles flexible and mobile!
How to use it
Grasp the stick with both hands and roll it over the muscle. Always massage a muscle at rest. In the case of the leg for example, do not massage the leg on which you are resting.
The massage should last for about 10 round trips per muscle or muscle group. Apply moderate pressure, and massage at normal speed.
Never massage the joints.
To benefit from the preventive qualities of self-massage, daily use is recommended.
